Got a question the other day that made it into my inbox. Email reader asks:
“Isaiah, how many clicks do I need to get to start making sales online?”
Good question my young reader.
The short answer is it depends. Its a hard question to answer because its entirely dependent on the funnel as well as the traffic source. So I can’t truly answer the question but I can give an idea of what to expect on a worse case scenario.
Assume the following;
1% sales conversion rate if you did everything wrong.
30% opt-in rate bare minimum again if you did everything right.
So if you got 1000 visitors to your opt-in page you would expect to get at least 300 new subscribers on your email list – again this is bare minimum.
300 subs on your list.
You can expect to make at least 3 sales with a horrible conversion rate of 1% – so I would say a bare minimum of at least 200-300 people seeing an offer to determine how many sales you could make.
Speaking of making more sales;
